City Policy states that if a project is started BEFORE obtaining a permit, a DOUBLE Permit Fee will be charged.

All permit applications can be submitted by:

All applications become numbered permits AFTER the REVIEW is complete and PAYMENT of fees have been received at the City of Rock Creek Office.

You will not be able to PAY for the Building Permit until the application has been sent to and reviewed by the Building Inspector, Richard Drotning. You will be given a total for the Building Permit Application once the review process is complete. The Permit is not active and approved until it is paid for. 

The Administrative Permit Application should only be used if your structure is going to be for agricultural use OR if your structure will be UNDER 200 feet.
