NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regularly scheduled City Council Work Session for the City of Rock Creek has been changed to a Special City Council Meeting.

Date:               April 16, 2026
Time:              5:00 p.m.
Location:        Rock Creek City Center

Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to consider and take possible action on awarding a gravel hauling contract and establishing compensation for the Interim City Administrator. Discussion will also continue regarding employee handbook development and the City Administrator hiring process.

This Special Meeting will be held in place of the previously scheduled Work Session.

Special Meeting Notice The Rock Creek City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Rock Creek City Center.
The meeting will focus on interim city operations and the search for a new City Administrator.

Notice of Recurring Work Sessions: The Council will meet regularly over the next few months in dedicated work sessions to discuss these administrative transitions.
Notices and agendas for these sessions will be posted at least three days in advance at the City Center, on the official City website, on the City Facebook page, and sent via Email Blasts if you are signed up for the City Emails. .

All sessions are open to the public for observation.

The meeting will take place at the Rock Creek City Center 7000 State Hwy 70 Pine City, MN 55063.
This emergency meeting has been called to address time-sensitive City business regarding the resignation of the City Administrator, that requires immediate action.
The meeting is open to the public. Notice is being provided in accordance with Minnesota Open Meeting Law
