Emergency City Council Meeting
The City Council will hold an Emergency Meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
The meeting will take place at the Rock Creek City Center 7000 State Hwy 70 Pine City, MN 55063.
This emergency meeting has been called to address time-sensitive City business regarding the resignation of the City Administrator, that requires immediate action.
The meeting is open to the public. Notice is being provided in accordance with Minnesota Open Meeting Law.
Planning Commission Meeting Cancelled
Please note that the Planning Commission meeting that was scheduled for tonight - February 17, 2026 - at 7pm has been cancelled.
Public Works Part-Time Position
The City of Rock Creek is accepting applications for a part-time Public Works Maintenance position.
Duties include:
- Maintenance of city grounds, parks, sidewalks, and right-of-ways
- Operating light and heavy equipment; mowing, snow plowing, landscaping
- General upkeep of public facilities
- Position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Also, must possess a valid commercial driver’s license, or at a minimum; a class B driver’s license.
